Ashbury Altar Kneeler to Commemorate 100 Years of the End of WW1

On 16 January 2o18 the Revd Norma Fergusson made the first stitch. The kneeler comprises 3 sections and shows the names of all the soldiers from our Parish who fought in the war. A number of village women volunteered to contribute to the stitching with a view to the project being completed in time for the November Remembrance Service.
