Village Hall Booking

The Village Hall is suitable for private parties, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, group activities, etc. To book the hall please follow the steps below.

1. Check that it has the facilities you require

  • The hall consist of a main hall 21m x 5m and a smaller adjacent room 3m x 3m.
  • Accommodates 100 people in the main hall (seated theatre style) and 10 in the smaller room.
  • Kitchen with a range cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, and includes crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.
  • Women’s, Men’s and Disabled toilets.
  • 100 chairs, 12 trestle tables and 6 desk-like tables.

2. Check availability

Booking Charges:

Hall hire £6.00/hr – for those living in Ashbury Parish
£8.00/hr – for those living outside the Parish
Hire of tables £5 per table per table per night
Hire of chairs £5 per 6 wooden chairs per night
